Apprentices

At JRCM Commercial Joinery, we are dedicated to educating the next generation of joiners and cabinet makers. To attain trade certification, individuals follow a four-year pathway by completing Certificate III in Cabinet Making and Timber Technology.

An essential component of the JRCM Apprenticeship program involves apprentices engaging in work-based training under the guidance of an external trade-certified trainer and mentor. This guidance is delivered weekly at our Dudley Park workshop, ensuring apprentices receive practical expertise alongside their theory-based learning.

We are committed to providing our apprentices with a comprehensive learning journey that encompasses every aspect of cabinet making. This includes training in fabrication, installation, CAD drawing, delivery logistics, spray booth techniques, and working with a diverse range of materials, from traditional wood and composite materials to innovative surfaces.
